In order, to participate in Simply Spiked BOLD’s Bold Move Campaign (the “BOLD Campaign”) from Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), I have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions set out below:

  1. This BOLD Campaign is only valid for legal residents of Canada who are of legal drinking age in their province of residence. This BOLD Campaign will run from May 25th, 2026 until June 30th, 2026 (the “Registration Period”). All registrations must be received by June 30th, 2026 (the “Close Date”).

  1. To participate in the BOLD Campaign, a candidate must visit https://www.simplyspiked.ca/en-CA/boldMoves (the “Registration Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete his/her online registration form in full and submit the form. All fields on the registration form must be completed unless they are otherwise indicated as optional. Limit: one (1) registration form per person/email address. Sponsor will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, errors, misdirected, technical failures or late registration, all of which will be void.

  1. Sponsor will be responsible in vetting all registration forms received by candidates. If selected as a potential candidate, a candidate will be required to show a valid photo ID and must also sign and return a Declaration and Release of Liability form. Failure to present valid photo ID and/or sign waiver may result in cancellation and/or refusal of such participation.

  1. In addition, if selected each candidate will also be subject to a confidential criminal background check including a review of his/her social media accounts conducted by Sponsor or its agent. In addition, If in the event a background check or his/her social media accounts reveal that a potential candidate engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation of Sponsor or causes any additional concern for our singles, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or in the event a potential candidate refuses to consent to a criminal background check he/she will be removed from the BOLD Campaign. If a selected candidate’s background check is clear as determined by Sponsor, then Sponsor will provide a short list of those selected candidates to Sponsor’s singles.

  1. Each Sponsor’s single will be provided with a list of name(s) and their contact info of each selected candidate(s). Once Sponsor has provided a list of selected candidate(s) to a single, Sponsor will no longer nor be held responsible for anything else that occurs thereinafter between the single or candidate, including any expenses or costs incurred due to their meeting/interaction(s) whether in person or not. It is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor’s single to reach out to the selected candidate(s) directly and arrange any meeting/interaction(s) between both parties. It is also at the sole discretion of Sponsor’s singles if they choose not to reach out to any candidate(s). Each single is also under no obligation to contact a selected candidate(s), including continuing any further communication/interaction that may have occurred between a single and candidate.

  1. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, unintelligible/illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete registration forms, notifications, emails, replies, or for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware, or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of a registration form.
