(the “Giveaway”)
OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
- ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and win, you must be: (i) 18 years of age or older; and a resident of Quebec who resides within a 120 km radius of the City of Montreal. You are not eligible to enter or win, if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), CLUB DE HOCKEY CANADIEN, INC. (collectively "HABS”), or any of their respective affiliates and related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the giveaway judging organization, any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, any liquor licensee authorized by a provincial liquor authority; c) anyone involved in the development and/or administration of the Contest; or d) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
- HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins on or around December 6th, 2023 and all entries must be submitted and received by 12:00 pm (ET) on December 17 th, 2023 (the “Entry Deadline” and “Contest Closing Date”). To enter, visit https://www.molson.ca/biggestticketgiveaway (the “Contest Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online entry form in full and submit the entry (the “Entry”). All fields on the entry form must be completed unless they are otherwise indicated as optional. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address per day. The Releasees (as defined below) will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, technical failures or late entries, all of which will be void. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can use only one (1) email address to enter this Contest. If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than the maximum stated number of entries as outlined in these Official Contest Rules; and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use) multiple names, identities and/or more than one (1) email address to enter the Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided. Your entry will be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received by the Entry Deadline. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
- PRIZES: There are twenty-five (25) prizes (each a, “Prize”) available to be won. Each Prize consists of two (2) game tickets to a Montreal Canadiens regular season game (seating to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on January 4th, 2024 (the “Event”) for the winner and his/her guest; (ii) two (2) welcome kits; and (iii) one (1) $20.00 Uber voucher.
Winner and his/her guest shall be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with the Prize not outlined as included above, including but not limited to transportation to and from winner’s residence and the Event, drinks, meals, gratuities and all incidental and personal expenses. Winner’s guest must be 19 years of age or older to participate in this Prize. The approximate value of each Prize is $600.00 CAD.
Prize is not transferable or assignable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize or any part of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The Releasees (as defined below) will not be responsible, however, if weather conditions, Event cancellations, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent a Prize or any part of a Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winner will not be provided with a substitute Prize or cash equivalent. Prizes will only be released to the verified winners. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible winner. Limit: one (1) Prize per household.
- DRAWING: On or around December 18th, 2023, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor or its designated agents will attempt to notify the selected entrants by phone using the information provided at the time of entry. To be declared a winner of any Prize, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, a mathematical skill-testing question on the entry form and without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the first attempted notification; (ii) fails to correctly answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor any required Declaration and Release of Liability forms within the time period indicated on such forms (as applicable); and/or (iv) cannot accept the applicable Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the applicable Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor has the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible entrant. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner of a Prize, a selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance and a Release of Liability form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Official Contest Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, HABS, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. The Releasees do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for: (i) any warranty, guarantee or representation, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; and (ii) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, travel related thereto (as applicable), or otherwise from participation in this Contest. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within the time-period indicated in the documents or the applicable Prize will be forfeited.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the limitations of liability set forth elsewhere in these Official Contest Rules and/or the Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability, and for greater certainty, the Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the capturing and/or processing of entries; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the Contest Website; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsor and/or entry to be captured or recorded for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest; f) any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Contest Rules, the selection and/or announcement of eligible winner(s), and/or the distribution of any Prize(s); and/or g) any combination of the above.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of receiving one or more messages, whether electronic or not, from the Sponsor or its designated representative, which may provide entrants with information regarding the Contest or otherwise further the administration of the Contest. The entrant will be deemed to have solicited these messages from the Sponsor by virtue of entering the Contest. By accepting any Prize, the winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.
- RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules.
- MISCELLANEOUS: All decisions of the Sponsor, or any contest judging organization as designated by it, are final and binding without right of appeal in all matters relating to this Contest and by entering this Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. The Releasees will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, postage-due, misdirected, affected by technical failures, errors or late entries which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants (or any other entrant(s) as deemed necessary by the Sponsor). Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry in question.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that it finds or believes to be not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Subject only to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Contest Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Contest Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor affects the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, or for any other reason.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- LIQUOR AUTHORITIES: The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever with regard to any matter relating to this Contest.

- COMMENT PARTICIPER: PAS D’ACHAT REQUIS. Le concours commence le 8 décembre 2023 ou aux alentours de cette date et toutes les inscriptions doivent être soumises et reçues avant 12 h 00 (HE) le 17 décembre 2023 (la “Date limite d’inscription” et la “Date de clôture du concours”). Pour participer, visitez https://www.molson.ca/biggestticketgiveaway (le “Site Web du concours”) et suivez les instructions à l’écran pour remplir entièrement le formulaire d’inscription en ligne et soumettre l’inscription (l’“Inscription”). Tous les champs du formulaire de participation doivent être remplis, sauf s’il est indiqué qu’ils sont facultatifs. Limite: une (1) participation par personne/adresse électronique par jour. Les renonciataires (tels que définis ci-dessous) ne seront pas responsables des formulaires de participation illisibles, incomplets, perdus, mal adressés, défectueux sur le plan technique ou reçus en retard, ces derniers seront tous annulés. Pour plus de certitude et afin d’éviter tout doute, vous ne pouvez utiliser qu’une (1) seule adresse électronique pour participer à ce concours. Si l’Organisateur découvre qu’une personne a tenté de (i) obtenir plus que le nombre maximum de participations indiqué dans le présent règlement officiel; et/ou (ii) d’utiliser (ou de tenter d’utiliser) plusieurs noms, identités et/ou plus d’une (1) adresse électronique pour participer au concours; cette personne pourra alors être disqualifiée du concours et toutes ses participations seront annulées. Votre participation sera rejetée si le formulaire de participation n’est pas entièrement rempli avec toutes les informations requises et s’il n’est pas soumis et reçu avant la date limite de participation. L’utilisation (ou la tentative d’utilisation) de plusieurs noms, identités, adresses électroniques et/ou de tout système ou programme automatisé, macro-script, robotique ou autre pour participer ou perturber le concours est interdite et constitue un motif de disqualification par l’organisateur. Toutes les participations peuvent faire l’objet d’une vérification à tout moment et pour quelque raison que ce soit. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de demander une preuve d’identité et /ou d’éligibilité (sous une forme acceptable par l’Organisateur – y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, une pièce d’identité avec photo délivrée par le gouvernement) pour participer à ce Concours. Le fait de ne pas fournir cette preuve à la satisfaction de l’Organisateur dans les délais impartis peut entraîner la disqualification.
- PRIX: Il y a vingt-cinq (25) prix (chacun, un " prix ") à gagner. Chaque prix consiste en deux (2) billets pour un match de la saison régulière des Canadiens de Montréal (le choix des places sera déterminé par le Commanditaire à sa seule discrétion) le 4 janvier 2024 (l’ " événement ") pour le gagnant et son invité; (ii) deux (2) trousses de bienvenue; et (iii) un (1) bon d’achat Uber de 20,00$.
Le gagnant et son invité sont responsables de tous les coûts ou dépenses associés au prix qui ne sont pas mentionnés ci-dessous, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le transport aller-retour entre le domicile du gagnant et l’endroit de l’événement, les boissons, les repas, les pourboires et toutes les dépenses accessoires et personnelles. L’invité du gagnant doit être âgé de 18 ans ou plus pour participer à ce prix. La valeur approximative de chaque prix est de 600,00 dollars canadiens.
Le prix n’est ni transférable ni attribuable et doit être accepté tel qu’il a été attribué, sans aucune substitution en espèces ou autre, sauf à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de substituer un prix d’une valeur monétaire équivalente si un prix ou une partie du prix ne peut être attribué tel que décrit pour quelque raison que ce soit. Les renonciataires (tels que définis ci-dessous) ne seront toutefois pas responsables si les conditions météorologiques, l’annulation d’un événement ou d’autres facteurs échappant au contrôle raisonnable du Commanditaire empêchent l’attribution d’un prix ou d’une partie du prix. Dans un tel cas, le gagnant ne recevra pas de prix de remplacement ou d’équivalent en espèces. Les prix ne seront remis qu’aux gagnants vérifiés. Le renvoi d’un prix ou d’une notification de prix comme étant non distribuable peut entraîner la disqualification et la sélection d’un autre gagnant éligible. Limite : un (1) prix par foyer.
- TIRAGE AU SORT: Le 18 décembre 2023 ou aux alentours de cette date, un tirage au sort sera effectué parmi toutes les inscriptions admissibles reçues. Le Commanditaire ou ses agents désignés tenteront d’avertir les participants sélectionnés par téléphone en utilisant les informations fournies au moment de l’inscription. Pour être déclaré gagnant d’un prix, un participant sélectionné doit d’abord répondre correctement à une question d’habileté mathématique sur le formulaire d’inscription et sans aide d’aucune sorte, qu’elle soit mécanique ou autre. Si un participant sélectionné (i) ne peut être contacté dans les 24 heures suivant la première tentative de notification; (ii) ne réussis pas à répondre correctement, ou répond de manière incorrecte à la question d’habileté mathématique; (iii) ne signe pas et ne renvoie pas au Commanditaire les formulaires de déclaration et de décharge de responsabilité requis dans le délai indiqué sur ces formulaires (le cas échéant); et/ou (iv) ne peut pas accepter le prix applicable tel qu’attribué pour quelque raison que ce soit; le prix applicable sera alors annulé et le Commanditaire a le droit, mais non l’obligation, à sa seule discrétion et si le temps le permet, de sélectionner un autre participant éligible. Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total d’inscriptions éligibles reçues.
- DÉCHARGES, ETC.: Avant d’être déclaré gagnant d’un prix, un participant sélectionné devra signer une déclaration de conformité et un formulaire de décharge de responsabilité, qui (entre autres) : (i) confirme le respect du présent règlement officiel du concours; (ii) reconnaît l’acceptation du prix applicable tel qu’attribué; (iii) dégage le Commanditaire; HABS et chacune de leurs agences publicitaires et promotionnelles respectives, tout organisme chargé de juger le concours, les autorités provinciales des alcools, les sociétés de distribution de bière, les sociétés mères et les sociétés affiliées de ce qui précède et tous leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, propriétaires, partenaires, employés, agents, représentants, successeurs et ayant droit respectifs (collectivement, les " renonciataires ") de toute responsabilité liée à ce concours, à sa participation à celui-ci et/ou à l’attribution et à l’utilisation/la mauvaise utilisation du prix ou d’une partie de celui-ci; et (iv) accepte la publication, la reproduction et/ou l’utilisation de son nom, de son adresse, de sa voix, de ses déclarations sur le concours et/ou de sa photographie ou autre image sans autre avis ni compensation, dans toute publicité ou annonce réalisée par ou au nom du Commanditaire, de quelque manière que ce soit, y compris dans la presse écrite, à la radio et à la télévision ou sur Internet. Les renonciataires n’offrent aucune garantie et ne sont en aucun cas responsables : (i) aucune garantie ou représentation, explicite ou implicite, en fait ou en droit, relative à toux prix, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, sa qualité, sa qualité marchande, son adéquation à l’usage ou son état mécanique; et (ii) ne sont pas responsables des blessures, pertes ou dommages de toute nature résultant de l’acceptation, de l’utilisation ou de la mauvaise utilisation de tout prix, du voyage y afférent (le cas échéant), ou de toute autre manière de la participation à ce concours. Les documents de déclaration et de décharge doivent être renvoyés dans le délai indiqué dans les documents, faute de quoi le prix en question sera annulé.
- LIMITES DE RESPONSABILITÉ: Sans limiter les limites de responsabilité énoncées ailleurs dans le présent règlement officiel du concours et/ou dans la déclaration de conformité et d’exonération de responsabilité, et pour plus de certitude, les renonciataires ne seront pas responsables de : a) toute information incomplète ou inexacte, qu’elle soit causée par les utilisateurs du site Web du concours ou par tout équipement ou programme associé au concours ou utilisé dans le cadre de celui-ci, ou par toute erreur technique ou humaine pouvant survenir lors de la saisie et/ou du traitement des inscriptions; b) le vol, la perte la destruction l’accès non autorisé ou l’altération des inscriptions ou du site Web du concours; c) tout problème ou toute défaillance technique des réseaux ou des lignes téléphoniques, des systèmes informatiques en ligne, des serveurs ou fournisseurs, de l’équipement informatique, des logiciels, des virus ou des bogues; d) tout échec de réception d’un courriel par ou de la part du Commanditaire et/ou de saisie ou d’enregistrement d’un formulaire de participation pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la congestion du traffic sur Internet ou sur tout site Web ou une combinaison de ceux-ci; e) tout dommage au système d’un participant ou d’une autre personne occasionné par la participation ou le téléchargement de matériel dans le cadre de ce concours; f) toute erreur typographique ou autre dans l’offre ou l’administration de ce concours, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les erreurs dans la publicité, le présent règlement officiel la sélection et/ou l’annonce du/des gagnant(s) éligible(s), et/ou la diffusion de tout prix; et/ou g) toute combinaison de ce qui précède.
- INFORMATIONS PERSONNELLES: En s’inscrivant à ce concours, les participants consentent à la collecte, à l’utilisation et à la divulgation de leurs informations personnelles aux fins d’administration du concours, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, dans le but de recevoir un ou plusieurs messages, électroniques ou non, de la part du Commanditaire ou de son représentant désigné, qui peuvent fournir aux participants des informations concernant le concours ou contribuer à l’administration du concours. Le participant sera considéré comme ayant sollicité ces messages de l’organisateur du fait de sa participation au concours. En acceptant un prix, les gagnants consentent à la collecte, à l’utilisation et à la divulgation au public de leurs noms, adresses (ville, province/territoire), voix, déclarations et photographies ou autres images à des fins publicitaires en relation avec le concours dans tous les médias ou formats, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, l’Internet, sans autre avis, autorisation ou compensation. Les informations personnelles ne seront pas utilisées ou divulguées sans consentement. Cette section ne limite pas les autres consentements qu’une personne peut donner au Commanditaire ou à d’autres personnes en ce qui concerne la collecte, l’utilisation et/ou la divulgation de ses informations personnelles.
- DROIT DE RÉSILIER, SE SUPENDRE OU DE MODIFIER: Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de résilier, de modifier ou de suspendre ce concours, en tout ou en partie, à tout moment et sans préavis, si un facteur quelconque interfère avec son bon déroulement tel qu’envisagé par le présent règlement officiel du concours.
- DIVERS: Toutes les décisions du Commanditaire, ou de toute organisation jugeant le concours désigné par celui-ci, sont définitives et contraignantes, sans droit d’appel, pour tout ce qui concerne ce concours et, en participant à ce concours, tous les participants acceptent d’être liés par le présent règlement officiel du concours. Les renonciataires ne seront pas responsables des formulaires de participation illisibles, incomplets, perdus, insuffisamment affranchis, mal adressés, affectés par des défaillances techniques, des erreurs ou des formulaires de participation tarifs, ceux-ci seront annulés. Toute utilisation de dispositifs automatisés est interdite. Toutes les participations deviennent la propriété du Commanditaire et ne feront l’objet d’aucun accusé de réception ni d’aucun retour. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée, sauf avec les participants sélectionnés (ou tout autre participant jugé nécessaire par l’organisateur). Le concours est soumis à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables. En cas de litige concernant l’auteur d’une participation, celle-ci sera considérée comme ayant été soumise par le titulaire autorisé du compte de l’adresse électronique fournie au moment de la participation. Le "titulaire autorisé du compte" est défini comme la personne physique à laquelle est attribuée une adresse électronique par un fournisseur d’accès à Internet, un fournisseur de services en ligne ou toute autre organisation responsable de l’attribution d’adresse électroniques pour le domaine associé à l’adresse électronique soumise. You are not eligible to enter or win, if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), Capital Sports & Entertainment Inc. - HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins on or around December 8th, 2023 and all entries must be submitted and received by 12:00 pm (ET) on December 17th, 2023 (the “Entry Deadline” and “Contest Closing Date”). Each Prize consists of two (2) game tickets to an Ottawa Senators regular season game to be played at the Canadian Tire Centre (seating to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on December 29th, 2023 (the “Event”) for the winner and his/her guest; (ii) two (2) welcome kits; and (iii) one (1) $20.00 Uber voucher.
Winners and their guests shall be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with their respective Prizes not outlined as included above, including but not limited to transportation to and from each winner’s residence and the Event, drinks, meals, gratuities and all incidental and personal expenses. Guests must be 19 years of age or older to participate in the Prizes. The approximate value of each Prize is $600.00 CAD.
The Prizes are not transferable or assignable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
- ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and win, you must be: (i) 19 years of age or older; and (ii) a resident of Alberta who resides within a 120 km radius of the City of Edmonton. You are not eligible to enter or win, if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), The Edmonton Oilers Hockey Corp. (the “Edmonton Oilers”), or any of their respective affiliates and related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the giveaway judging organization, any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, any liquor licensee authorized by a provincial liquor authority; c) anyone involved in the development and/or administration of the Contest; or d) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
- HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins on or around December 6th, 2023 and all entries must be submitted and received by 12:00 pm (ET) on December 17 th, 2023 (the “Entry Deadline” and “Contest Closing Date”). To enter, visit https://www.molson.ca/biggestticketgiveaway (the “Contest Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online entry form in full and submit the entry (the “Entry”). All fields on the entry form must be completed unless they are otherwise indicated as optional. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address per day. The Releasees (as defined below) will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, technical failures or late entries, all of which will be void. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can use only one (1) email address to enter this Contest. If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than the maximum stated number of entries as outlined in these Official Contest Rules; and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use) multiple names, identities and/or more than one (1) email address to enter the Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided. Your entry will be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received by the Entry Deadline. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
- PRIZES: There are twenty-five (25) prizes (each a, “Prize”) available to be won. Each Prize consists of two (2) game tickets to an Edmonton Oilers regular season game (seating to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on January 2nd, 2023 (the “Event”) for the winner and his/her guest; (ii) two (2) welcome kits; and (iii) one (1) $20.00 Uber voucher.
Winner and his/her guest shall be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with the Prize not outlined as included above, including but not limited to transportation to and from winner’s residence and the Event, drinks, meals, gratuities and all incidental and personal expenses. Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Prize. The approximate value of each Prize is $600.00 CAD.
Prize is not transferable or assignable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize or any part of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The Releasees (as defined below) will not be responsible, however, if weather conditions, Event cancellations, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent a Prize or any part of a Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winner will not be provided with a substitute Prize or cash equivalent. Prizes will only be released to the verified winners. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible winner. Limit: one (1) Prize per household.
- DRAWING: On or around December 18th, 2023, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor or its designated agents will attempt to notify the selected entrants by phone using the information provided at the time of entry. To be declared a winner of any Prize, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, a mathematical skill-testing question on the entry form and without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the first attempted notification; (ii) fails to correctly answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor any required Declaration and Release of Liability forms within the time period indicated on such forms (as applicable); and/or (iv) cannot accept the applicable Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the applicable Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor has the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible entrant. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner of a Prize, a selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance and a Release of Liability form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Official Contest Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, The Edmonton Oilers, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any contest judging organization, provincial liquor authorities, beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. The Releasees do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for: (i) any warranty, guarantee or representation, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; and (ii) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, travel related thereto (as applicable), or otherwise from participation in this Contest. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within the time-period indicated in the documents or the applicable Prize will be forfeited.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the limitations of liability set forth elsewhere in these Official Contest Rules and/or the Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability, and for greater certainty, the Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the capturing and/or processing of entries; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the Contest Website; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsor and/or entry to be captured or recorded for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest; f) any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Contest Rules, the selection and/or announcement of eligible winner(s), and/or the distribution of any Prize(s); and/or g) any combination of the above.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of receiving one or more messages, whether electronic or not, from the Sponsor or its designated representative, which may provide entrants with information regarding the Contest or otherwise further the administration of the Contest. The entrant will be deemed to have solicited these messages from the Sponsor by virtue of entering the Contest. By accepting any Prize, the winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.
- RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules.
- MISCELLANEOUS: All decisions of the Sponsor, or any contest judging organization as designated by it, are final and binding without right of appeal in all matters relating to this Contest and by entering this Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. The Releasees will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, postage-due, misdirected, affected by technical failures, errors or late entries which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants (or any other entrant(s) as deemed necessary by the Sponsor). Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
