4 Summery Mocktails

While many turn to alcoholic cocktails, mocktails offer a delightful alternative that can be enjoyed by everyone! So, grab your shaker, gather your ingredients, and get ready to elevate your summer sipping experience!
Watermelon Mint Cooler
• 2 cups watermelon chunks
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 6-8 mint leaves
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Ice cubes
• Sparkling water
1. In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey (if desired). Blend until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice, filling the glass halfway.
4. Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Pineapple Ginger Punch
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
• Ice cubes

• 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced

• Lemon-lime flavoured soda or sparkling water
1. Fill a large glass with ice.
2. Pour in ½ cup of pure tart cherry juice (no substitutions!)
3. Add 1 tablespoon of magnesium powder to the glass.
4. Stir the ingredients well to ensure the magnesium powder is thoroughly incorporated into the liquid. 5. Finally, top off your Sleepy Girl Mocktail with your favourite lemon-lime flavoured beverage.
