Ranch Zucchini Chips

New Year, new resolutions! Try this healthy & easy appetizer to kick off the year right.

New Year, new resolutions! If you’re like us and are adding “eat healthier” to your list of resolutions, but also want to keep it tasty, try our Ranch Zucchini Chips! With only 15 minutes of prep, this appetizer will help you check in to good (healthy) times without sacrificing flavour.


- 1 zucchini, sliced very thinly into coins
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. freeze-dried dill
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Step One:

Preheat oven to 225°.

Step Two:

Sprinkle zucchini rounds with salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. After, pat rounds dry with a paper towel to draw out excess moisture.

Step Three:

Toss the zucchini, olive oil, ranch seasoning, dried oregano, freeze-dried dill, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Then, as metro station once said, “Shake shake, shake shake, a-shake it”.

Step Four:

Once zucchini is coated place rounds into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Step Five:

Enjoy your appetizer and pair it with a guilt-free beverage pairing like Coors Edge or Heineken 0.0!
